How does PaperworkChaser work?
Simply create a request, add recipients via email, and they'll receive a secure link to upload their documents. You can track progress and get notified when documents are submitted.
Is my data secure?
Yes! All data transmission is secured with HTTPS/TLS encryption. Uploaded files are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. User passwords are hashed with bcrypt. We use industry-standard security practices and never share your information with third parties.
What file types can be uploaded?
We support most common file types including PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG, PNG, and more. File size limits are: Free plan (5MB per file), Premium (20MB per file), Business (50MB per file).
How much storage do I get?
Free users get 100MB total storage. Premium users get 25GB total storage. Business users get 200GB total storage.
How many requests can I create?
Free users can create up to 5 requests per month. Premium users get 30 requests per month, and Business users get unlimited requests.
How many recipients can I add to each request?
Free users can add up to 10 recipients per request. Premium users can add up to 50 recipients per request, and Business users have unlimited recipients per request.
Can I customize the request emails?
Premium and Business users can customize email templates and add their own branding to create a professional experience.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data anytime. After cancellation, your account remains active until the end of your billing period, then data is retained for 30 days before deletion.
